Science Square
Science Square (formerly Technology Enterprise Park) is an 18-acre life sciences destination and ecosystem where innovation happens. Located in the emerging Westside Atlanta, the 13-story lab/office building is set to be completed in 2024 and will serve as a space for entrepreneurs and researchers focused on the acceleration of biomedical innovation, digital health, and advanced manufacturing and medical devices. A 13-story residential building will also be delivered in 2024 to accommodate the growing demand for housing in the Westside market.
The Gathering Spot
The Gathering Spot at Northyards is an innovative, private, members-only city club with a restaurant, work spaces, and special events facility.
Northyards BUSINESS PARK
Once a 17-acre industrial park home to Southern Railway Company’s Roadhouse, the historic Northyards Business Park is now an office complex with 260,000 SF of office space.
Herndon Square
Redevelopment of the former 12-acre Herndon Square site will be a mixed-use, mixed-income urban community that includes a variety of housing types, commercial facilities, and various retail & community spaces.

Coda
The 21-story mixed-use office, computing center, and retail complex is under construction in Georgia Tech’s Technology Square. Coda includes a 80,000 square-foot data center and incorporates the historic Crum & Foster building.
